Apply for a Wyoming Nursing License with Our Help!
Your journey to practicing in Wyoming starts with a visit to the Wyoming State Board of Nursing website. Applicants can either apply by examination (new nurse graduates) or endorsement (those who already hold an active state license).
Wyoming is part of the NLC, which allows an RN to hold one multistate license to practice in their home state and other compact states. According to the Board, initial Wyoming applications are now vetted for a multistate license. Applicants must meet uniform licensure requirements (ULRs) to be issued a multistate license, and these licenses are issued by the primary state of residence (PSOR).
Applicants for endorsement will need to complete the Wyoming Nursing license verification process or Wyoming nursing license lookup. If your state participates in the Nursys program, you will need to complete your verification through that agency.
